Our healthy living journey began when we fully understood that the KEY is to love your body, to listen to it and to start having a balanced lifestyle.

A healthy lifestyle is all about positive choices for your physical, mental and emotional self. You just need to make the time to grow and develop a healthier mindset, for yourself and for your loved ones.

We started to:

cook more often

limit processed food

eat more fruits, nuts, seeds and vegetables

change our mindset and understand that food is medicine, energy and life

enjoy the food that we eat and to eat intentionally

exercise daily and/or take walks in nature

✔ love ourselves and be grateful for what we have
