It was also a weird brown colour and didn't taste very good. I added lots of sugar and it still did not taste very good. I hope the other jams we purchased are not this sour. I guess it would be fine for diabetics who shouldn't have sugar but just not for me.
Thank you for your feedback, Kathy! You are right, the no sugar added jams are perfect healthy desserts for diabetics, but maybe not for the rest of us who enjoy a bit of sugar from time to time. We do have other low sugar options, though, and you will surely love those.
The jams are a lot more bitter than I thought they would be so I personally did not enjoy them. However this is not to say that they were not high-quality product and they were exactly as advertised since they were advertised as being one ingredient only without any sugar added. It was just not for me based on my personal preference
