And with discipline and practice, over time, managed to do a pretty good job in keeping our processed sugars intake to a minimum.

We are only humans and we also get the sweet tooth at times 😊.
Anyhow, whenever this happens we always choose healthy desserts, like low sugar spreads & jams, over processed ones mass- produced by bigger brands. And always made with fresh wild fruits and no preservatives.
One of our all time favorites is the bilberry jam we used to eat in Transylvania when we were kids.
